Login failures to Essbase 21.3 after initial installation on Windows (JDK 1.8.0_333)

On prem, MS Windows Server 2019, RCU on SQL Server 2016 R3 EE

Single Instance, no EPM

Successfully (?) deployed, FMW up and running, Essbase up and running. Trying to connect on http://<myhostname>:9000/essbase/jet - failing with:

"You are not authorized to access this page. Contact administrator."

Anyone faced - and solved - that issue?
