Why oracle home is under OS user odaadmin in ODA X8-2M

Oracle Field Engineer installed 1st Oracle home which is under the Linux OS user oracle.

We created 2nd Oracle home using Browser User Interface and found the 2nd Oracle home is under the Linux OS user odaadmin (we logged in to BUI as odaadmin).

Two users can't admin another oracle home's database. i.e. oracle user can't start/stop the database odaadmin created; odaadmin can't start/stop the database oracle created; which is very inconvenience.

It doesn't make sense to me for oracle home created under odaadmin, not Linux OS user oracle.

Please correct me if I am wrong.
