Oracle advanced collection strategy segment

Hello Professionals :

We are setup collection function in Oracle R12 now, our strategy segment is based on customer profiles, such as T1,T2,T3.

Customer has a new requirement to exclude one category customers of RCTI to apply to strategies , these RCTI customers are with customer category = RCTI on customer page, but these RCTI customers are belong to customer profile T1 or T,2 or T3.

So our questions is: is it possible to modify the strategy segment view name and key to apply strategies on customers with profile T1,T2,T3 but exclude customers with customer category = RCTI.
