Cannot create folders inside "home" using WebDav protocol and Windows Explorer

in XML Database (MOSC) Question

The Explorer complains I don't have rights for the action. I can create folder inside "PUBLIC", but I can upload only files, that are less or equal 32kb.

  • What to do to be able to use home directory
  • How to upload files, greater than 32kb
