Recurring Billing for Services in R12.2 any support for iStore

in Order and Service Management (Communications Industry) (MOSC) Question

Hi,

I have two questions. We have currently upgraded to Oracle EBS R12.2. I understand this upgrade supports recurring billing from Order Management. We are looking for out of the box functionality for recurring billing for services we bill out monthly where the period could be a set amount of time i.e. 9 months, 1 year, 3 years etc.

  1. I am trying to find the appropriate links for this new functionality. Can you please provide?
  2. Is this possibly supported from the iStore in any way where a customer could order a service that gets billed monthly for an extended period of time? if so, is there any documentation on how that process would work both from a setup perspective and from the customer's perspective?
