E-SBC 3900 SCZ840p11 - configuration missing following copy via GUI

Good afternoon everyone,

We're experiencing an odd occurrence that I wanted to run by the community for any feedback on. We have two HA pairs of 3900 series E-SBCS and ever since upgrading to SCZ840p11 about a month ago, we've experienced a loss of previously saved and activated configuration elements following copying configuration elements via the GUI.

In our first occurrence, we copied a local policy entry for one customer tenant to save as a new entry; that next morning our customer opened a ticket on outbound calling failing and we discovered that the local policy we used as a copy (not the one we created), was missing from the running and activated config.
