PeopleSoft IB: PERSON_BASIC_SYNC

Hello,

I am doing research for implementing PERSON_BASIC_SYNC (PeopleSoft IB) to get the data from a third party provisioning system.

​All the related integration ​objects for the IB have been activated. Now I am testing using Service Operations Tester delivered by PeopleSoft. It is publishing the message and the subscription contract message has been subscribed successfully. But the data has NOT been updated anywhere. So I would like to know what I have missed to do. I need the following help.

Has anyone come across the same kind of scenario?

If anyone has implemented the PERSON_BASIC_SYNC and has documentation, Can you please share with me?
