How to modify The PO Quantity after the closure of the PO period

Hi

in Oracle Iproc , the users are often need to modify their PO Quantity after the closure of the PO period but the system don't allow that

it's a very big problem for us and we don't know how to resolve or manage this point

Any help are welcome
