getting warnings during compilation with sun studio - warning: improper pointer/integer combination:

when compiling the C programe I am getting the following warnings -

using the follong compilation command -

/opt/developerstudio12.6/bin/cc -c -Dunix -D__sparc -xildoff -DOP_SUN -Ae -I/bzqchome/bzq/ccbzq/mb_ccbzq/bb/amddl/v32_2/c
