How to Create an Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD)?

Hello,

How can I create an Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) for the tables in a schema?

In working with SQL Developer I don't see an option for this. I did find options to see PK and FK constraints though. I was looking for something that would create a diagram (or close to it).

What can you recommend?
