Min-Max Planning Report

Want to understand the parameters for Min-Max Planning Report. I have a Move Order created with Min-Max Planning Report. But when I run it again , it again picks the same items.

How can i change the parameters , so that next run for Min-Max Planning Report doesn't picks the same items which are already in the Move Order.
