Looking for Best Practice to replicate logic in existing SOA Web Service

Hi Everyone,

I am not a SOA expert so I am looking for some help defining solution to meet a new requirement.

We have a SOA outbound Web Service from EBS R12.2 to a current trading partner. We will be implementing the same logic to an additional trading partner.

Is it SOA best practice to create a separate Web Service or can we use a Reference Home (BINDING_TYPE_HTTP) with a different Endpoint Address (assuming that is the only difference required).

Please let me know your recommendation from development and support/testing perspective.
