April PSU 19.3 patch 33803476 - PRKN-1008 : Unable to load the shared library "libsrvmhas19.so"

Hi ,


I'm trying to apply latest April PSU patch 33803476 for Grid 19.3 and getting below error, could some one please suggest how to resolve it. attached below is logfile.

System initialization log file is /u01/app/grid/19.3/grid_1/cfgtoollogs/opatchautodb/systemconfig2022-07-12_12-35-34PM.log.


OPATCHAUTO-72050: System instance creation failed.

OPATCHAUTO-72050: Failed while retrieving system information.

OPATCHAUTO-72050: Please check log file for more details.




PRKH-1010 : Unable to communicate with CRS services.

PRKH-1000 : Unable to load the SRVM HAS shared library

PRKN-1008 : Unable to load the shared library "libsrvmhas19.so"

 or a dependent library, from

 LD_LIBRARY_PATH="/u06/PSU/April/33803476/33803476/33815596/files/lib"
