PDF Withholding forms (Federal and State) are not updating "Update Employee Tax Data" component

Hi,

We are in process of implementing "NPA Online Withholding PDF Forms" for one of our clients. As suggestable by the Oracle implementation document for Withholding PDF Forms, have configured all configurations related to setup, security, and Integration Broker services.

We are able to submit the Federal and State W-4 PDF forms for Withholding values successfully. Once values are submitted and supposed to update withhold values to the "Update Employee Tax Data" component. But unable to see values in the component.

Any advice and suggestions the appreciated. Thanks!
