Person_basic_sync IB usage with new gender identity functionality (HCM <--> Campus Solutions 9.2)

Has anyone who is currently a higher ed customer managed to alter the person_basic_sync IB txn successfully to integrate values between the HCM and Campus Solutions 9.2 versions such as pronouns, gender identity, and sexual orientation? Since there is no delivered solution wrt person_basic_sync, we would like to know how you did it effectively. Thank you!
