I'd like to know limitation of PO need_by_date when PO conversion

Hi Purchasing Gurus.

Our customer is doing PO conversion for Open PO.

Some data are processed successfully but others are failed.

The failed data has the tax information in zx_lines_det_factors table.

But the failed data doesnt' have the tax information in zx_lines and zx_rec_nrec_dist table.


I've checked the failed data detail and had doubts the Po Need by date.

Failed Data is below.

  • PO Need By Date - 2014-09-01
  • PO Creation Date - 2022-05-30
  • PO Approved Date - 2022-07-12

Also, I've checked the successful data detail.

Success Data is below.
