Vulnerability TLS Server Supports TLS version 1.0 AIX

Good day,
They report vulnerability TLS Server Supports TLS version 1.0, for port 5000. The servers are RAC and S.O AIX with oracle version 11.2.0.4 installed. When verifying, it is evident that this port is used by TFA. Do you know how I can mitigate this vulnerability in this version. Is it possible to change the port in the TFA configuration and what risks can I have. thanks for the contributions
