How to Launch Interface Managers without being associated to user ID, EBS Version 12.2.9

Hi: We are running Oracle EBS version 12.2.9

Would like to know how other companies have solved Launching the Inventory Interface managers outside of a user launching them. When launched by a User, their user ID is associated with the Pending Concurrent Jobs. If user leaves the company and User account is deleted/Inactive, Interface manager jobs turn off causing major processing issues.

Just wondering what the best practice for solving this issue.
