Is it Possible to Show Only Certain Cell (Mobile) Phone Numbers on Employees in Company Directory?

Is there a way to configure Company Directory to show cell phone numbers for just specific employees or groups? Or is this an all or nothing from configuation?

We want the cell numbers to show for certain employees but not for others (such as executives).   

We are on HCM Image #29, PeopleTools 8.58.10.
