How to default language at the time submitting a concurrent program

Dear Support,

We have a similar requirement to default language at the time submitting a concurrent program.

For example, when we submit a report from Italy responsibility, we use to select Italian language manually.

When we submit the same report from Ireland responsibility, we use to select Irish language manually.

Please advise whether any profile option or any other setup that helps to default language in the concurrent program SRS window corresponding to the responsibility.
