Online Help patch and NLS patches query
Hi All,
We are in a process of upgrading our EBS from R12.1.3 to R12.2 but due to NLS and online help patches our upgrade time is getting increased by 9 hours. Our customer is not happy with the cutover window, so in order to reduce the downtime, We are checking if we can apply the NLS and Online help patches after we upgrade our EBS and release it for validation and business user testing.
Please let us know if anyone has tested out this approach. and what are the risks associated it with it.
