Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Exchange rate in element calculation

An exchange rate is multiplying the calculation by 2 in Payroll.

What could be the reason for that as all user is impacting not one.
