Hello,

JDE version : 9.1

Tools Release 9.1.5

Our company makes use of the Configurator and currently this program is documented to not support updating Configured Item WO per Doc ID 1493492.1. As we have a business need to do mass updates on occasion generally for dates and status comment fields, I am curious if anyone has run into this scenario. I have not yet inquired with Oracle on the reason for not updating configured items and perhaps I will do that following this inquiry. Perhaps there is risk that some fields this could cause problems.

Has anyone considered creating a custom version of this program to allow for updating configured items?
