Xstore-mobile server not starting

Hello,

We installed Xstore 19.0.1 and enabled Xstore-mobile. Everything was working fine, Xstore-mobile server was starting up smoothly till it encountered an issue where it unable to instantiate [dtv.cheetah.CheetahWebApplicationContext], as a result the Xstore-mobile server is not able to start. We tried many ways to figured out the issue but no luck. Are we missing any configurations or something got stopped working here? Any thoughts or solutions on this regard from the community would be highly appreciated. Detail errors from the log file:
