Copy F4105 Across BPs

Dears,

Would like to know if the better solution if wants to copy F4105 from one BP to other multiple BPs at the same time?

R41052 is used to copy F4105 within the same BP (once per run)

R30890 is used to copy F30026 across BPs (once per run)

P41051/R41826 can achieve this but is risky to change other fields in F4102

R41802 is used to adjust the F4105

All programs above I know are not good solutions for my scenario, and so would like to have your advice. Thanks!
