How do we find inventory of Oracle Linux servers that Oracle is billing us for Support?
Due to staffing turnover, my team is new to Oracle licensing.
Support is due, but the quoted number of servers Oracle is demanding support for far exceeds the number of servers we have. So far, we have been unsuccesful in getting an inventory of the servers that Oracle thinks we have in order to verify it against the list of servers we know we have.
The Sales team tells us to contact support, the support team tells us to contact sales!
Any tips or tricks to find the inventory of servers that Oracle is seeing?
