setting default values

EBS 12.2.10 General Ledger

When running the account analysis report in the GL Module when you tab into the accounting string field another for pops-up that allows the user to enter the from and to account sting segments individually. My user has requested the these values contain default values to run the report wide open for the accounting string and only override if necessary. Is this possible and if so what functionality is needed to accomplish it.

I have not found a way to do a forms personalization as i cannot find the form name.
