Anyone ever have R51803 Recalculate Projections run exceedingly long? E1 9.2

In E1 9.2 with Tools Release 9.2.5.4

Up until Monday (7/11) R51803 has been completing in < 1 min. Starting Monday, and depending on time of day, it can still run less than 1 minute but we are also getting instances where the UBE is taking anywhere from 40 mins to nearly 5 hours to complete. It is performing/completing successfully, just at times exceedingly slowly. I'm looking for suggestions for troubleshooting and any other help someone has.
