Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Override Borrower Citizenship Status with Population Update

We need to override the borrower’s citizenship status at LOAN_ORIGNATN.BORR_CTZNSHP_STAT.

According to Oracle document https://docs.oracle.com/cd/F33383_01/psft/pdf/cs92lsfa-b072020.pdf#%5B%7B%22num%22%3A7926%2C%22gen%22%3A0%7D%2C%7B%22name%22%3A%22XYZ%22%7D%2C54%2C476.349%2Cnull%5D, it can be updated through Population Update. However on the Population Update Setup page, the field BORR_CTZNSHP_STAT is NOT in the drop down.

Please advise how to override the BORR_CTZNSHP_STAT with the Population Update.

We are using PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.2, PT 8.58.05.
