Unable to sign into newly created JAS

Hi All,

I am unable to login to JAS environment.

JAS - 9.2.4.6TR/9.1/WIN2016

ENT - 9.2.4.6TR/9.2/AS400 V7.2

Does anyone know what is the error regarding. Tried every possible thing but no luck.
