CPU capping

Hi,

I h ave a small question regarding Capping CPUs on Exadata x5-2.

  1. Do I need to bring down all the nodes? is there any chance that I could do one node at a time.
  2. Does the licensing needs to be equal across all node or can they be different configuration (like 1st two nodes (old) 12 cores and second (new) 20 cores, different license we purchased ) as all 4 nodes are in the same cluster.

I am following below procedure

grid$ /u01/app/12.2.0.1/grid/bin/crsctl disable crs

grid$ /u01/app/12.2.0.1/grid/bin/crsctl config crs

grid$ /u01/app/12.2.0.1/grid/bin/crsctl check cluster -all
