Item Descriptions Missing from COM_TRANSLATIONS Table After Applying MerchHier.dat and ItmHdr.dat

We had a recent interesting incident a client who needed to reseed their merchandise hierarchy in Xstore. The decision was made due to large files and timing that only the MerchHier.dat and ItmHdr.dat would be applied locally on the lead register and dataloader2.bat run. This worked successfully in all stores but one where although the merch hierarchy was updated in ITM_MERCH_HIERARCHY and ITM_ITEM, we discovered that all items in the store "lost" their descriptions in COM_TRANSLATIONS.
