OSB Upgrade Assistant error UPGAST-00208 with DB2 database. Is this a fault in the assistant?

When upgrading an FMW (OSB) domain using Upgrade Assistant an error is reported when handling SOAINFRA schema. See below for specific error and attached log for full output by Upgrade Assistant. All previous schema's on DB2 work fine.

Upgrade from FMW 12.2.1.3 to 12.2.1.4 for a domain only used with OSB functionaty.

[2022-06-29T10:36:13.454+02:00] [Framework] [ERROR] [] [upgrade.Framework] [tid: 12] [ecid: 24db3a63-2436-448b-b28d-9aea6f83b6d5-00000002,0] UPGAST-00273: Initialization of the inputs for schema SOAINFRA in component SOA failed with the error: UPGAST-00208: An unrecognized database type "IBM DB2" was specified in a descriptor or response file.
