xmldb database migration from 11g to 12c - error qmxiCreateLazyArr1

Hi,

I recently upgraded/migrated the database using datapump from 11g to 12c on a new server.

We have a .net application and an Oracle 12.2.0.2 database. We are getting the error below and are trying to determine if this a .net application issues or an Oracle issue.

OCI-21500 - internal error code, arguments: [qmxiCreateLazyArr1], [71], [63],
