TDX TAX details and Matched Invoice TAX details are not available in upgraded version12.2.9

Environment upgraded from 12.1.3 to 12.2.0 is not showing TDX TAX details and Matched Invoice TAX details in AP. Is this expected functionality in R12.2.9?

In 12.1.3 environment the options are showing under AP Tax details (Open AP Invoice form, query up an invoice, go to AP Tax details)
