Hello,

We are on 9.2.

In the above mentioned document, it indicates that you can create a 'Manual Reminder' message 'M' and place on hold so that it is not cleared during any subsequent MRP regens. It exists until the user deletes the 'M' message type.

I created an 'M' message type and placed on hold. I submitted a full regen, clear tables version of R3482. Once complete, the 'M' message type as been deleted.

Please confirm the below instructions or advise if there are additional instructions to ensure the 'M' message type is not automatically cleared/deleted.
