How to exclude one grade from Academic Standing?

Greetings, community!

I've been running some tests because there's a requirement that students who perform a total withdrawal (all classes) don't appear with academic standing.

Here is the screen from the 'Grading Scheme Table' as you can see the grade 'R' has all the unchecked.

This is a student who had to perform a withdrawal in all classes.

This is their Academic Standing after running the process.

Is there any way that the system didn't take into account this grade for running the process so it wouldn't be assigned?
