What is the End of Support date for Primavera P6 Version 17.12?

I am working on an upgrade of the P6 application suite, and I need to find the date that support will end for P6 EPPM version 17.12. I have not been able to locate it thus far in the support documentation I've read through. I appreciate any help on this info. Thank you!
