Oracle AD authentication setup issue : ORA-28045

Setting up CMU setup for managing users.

running into  "ORA-28045: ORA-28045: SSL authentication between database and OID failed"

i have set the config in sqlnet.ora on the wallet location.

please advice on troubleshooting steps.
