Can I create a flat file with a specific format?

Hello!

I need to create a flat file with a specific format, I have seen the option to create it in data management, in calculation manager with a dataexport and with the native planning export, but I can't get to the desired format.


Does anyone know any other way to create flat files?

I leave an image of the format I am looking for.
