19c 32bit Client on Win 2016 Server 64bit = Failed to add ACL's for specific User.

Hello Community,

Has anyone had this same experience? When installing (as Administrator) the 19c 32bit Client on Win 2016 Server 64bit, I receive this error or warning= "Failed to add ACL's for specific User."

This comes exactly when it is updating the regkey KEY_OraClient19Home1_32bit 

That all looks fine, I believe:

Is this a known message? and/or is it safe to ignore?
