E920 - Special Character in CSV Outputs

Hello

Whenever we run a UBE with a CSV output, 2 special characters are prefixed with the UBE name in the cell A1 in the output e.g. þÿR12411. The special characters are same for all CSV outputs.

This happens only when run on server and not on local. It happens with both standard and custom UBE outputs. Please review and help resolve.
