Creating an If then statement DFF possible?

Just wondering if this is possible?

Recently California is requiring us to document Senate Bill 1383 and we need to have this option in iProcurement.

I created a DFF Senate Bill 1383 with a Yes/No Option, but was wondering if its possible to have another DFF automatically populate when the user enters 'Y' for yes with another DFF question prompt and so on.
