Replicat abends with "Error with default mapping. No matching fields found in source and target"

DB: 19.0.0.0.0

GoldenGate: 19.1.0.4

One of our OGG replicats is failing with this error on all transactions:

Using the following default columns with matching names:

Error with default mapping. No matching fields found in source and target

No columns are listed as mismatched.

The target table has all the columns that are in Source and some additional columns. The MAP statement has column mappings for the additional target columns. All DML is converted to Inserts. Extract is integrated and replicat is classic.

The exact same configuration is working in all other environments. This is the only DB where replicat is abending.
