Continuing slowness in Oracle Linux Manager GUI after applying schema update

Uncertain this is the right community to ask in, but it's the only one that appears close.

Working with a Oracle Linux Manager 2.10 system with approximately 40 managed systems. GUI for system has become increasingly as I add systems. Performance improved after applying the schema update (spacewalk-schema-2.10.15-1.el7) initially, but grows progressively worse as more systems are added. My gut is telling me I need to get those new indexes rebuilt, but I'm not adept at databases.

Any ideas?
