on my oracle linux server, v7.9, ksplice cannot connect with my access key

on my oracle linux server, v7.9, ksplice can no longer connect with my access key. It installed fine and worked before, now it states that the key is invalid ? Does anyone know why it is suddenly not able to validate the key ? Thankyou
