MSCA Sub inventory Transfer does not contain Reference Field

When the transactions are made directly in Oracle EBS Forms application, the users can enter any type of reference (text) in the field, When they are captured in the scanner, users select an option under the REASON field.

Please verify if this field (reference) can be added to the MSCA screen. There was already an enhancement request for it by Oracle. Is this feature rolled out.??
