Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. We have a requirement where source team has ogg version 12.3 and we are currently using ogg version 19.1.0.0.

so ,is there existance of compactabiltiy between these two versions.
