Regarding file upload issue: File attachment shows in-progress

Can you please help how to implement the below solution

1. Change the owner of the directory under the File Vault so that it will be the same owner running Agile Application Server/File Manager, so that this user will have read/write privilege to the directory

2. Retest the case, and confirm the issue is resolved
