Revived Superfund Tax

Any suggestions on setting up JDE for the revived Superfund Tax that went into effect July 2022? As the purchaser we may be required to accrue the tax and pay the IRS if we are the importer of record. Our suppliers may choose to charge a tax recovery fee to us if they have to pay the tax. As we resell the products we may choose to pass the tax along to the customers as a tax recovery. The superfund tax rate per pound varies depending upon the taxable chemical.
